Using Psychology Principles to Effectively Increase the Completion Rate
A crucial user flow performs insufficiently, causing people to lose out on valuable job opportunities for themselves. By researching user motivation and psychological principles, I significantly increased the completion rate and ultimately supported users in their goals.
