Redesigning An Internal Postal Management Tool For Better Usability & Efficiency.

As part of my work at Nalta, I got approached to redesign an internal management tool for PostNL (Dutch postal service). The challenge was to improve and streamline the usability of everyday tasks. The scope of the project was quite small and I worked together with various stakeholders.
